Attorney Fees & Costs


All criminal defense cases are handled pursuant to an hourly or flat fee basis. Payment arrangements and credit cards may be accepted. All plaintiff personal injury matters and insurance subrogation matters will be prosecuted pursuant to a contingency fee agreement. You will only be charged a fee and pay costs if money is collected on your behalf.

Estate matters are handled pursuant to an hourly or flat fee basis. Credit cards may be accepted.

Attorney Lia Washington

Lia Washington is a lawyer working to advance the firm’s goal of making sure people have a fair chance to receive justice through the legal system when they are injured by the negligence or misconduct of others – even when it means taking on the most powerful.

Lia previously worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia as a Coordinator and Senior Reports Analyst regulating financial institutions, analyzing financial institutions’ lending, investing, borrowing, deposits and capital activities in financial regulatory reports and investigating abnormal trends resulting in numerous institutions modifying reports in billions of dollars. Lia orchestrated the oversight of large national banks capital assessment and stress testing reporting and savings & loan holding companies regulatory reporting under the Dodd-Frank Act.

In addition, Lia moderated numerous bankers’ forum and meetings with bank officials to ensure compliance and provided feedback on proposed rules and report changes under the Dodd Frank Act, Federal Reserve Act and Bank Holding Company (BHC) Act, specifically Reg D (Reserve Requirements), Reg H (Membership of State Banking Institutions), Reg Q (Capital Adequacy of BHCs & State Member Banks), Reg W (Transactions between Member Banks and Affiliates) and Reg Y (BHC & Change in Control).
